Cancellation Policy

At Raqeem, we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining a smooth order process. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. General Orders
- Customers can cancel an order at any time from placement until the product reaches the delivery agent.
- You may cancel the order if the product does not meet your expectations upon delivery.
- Once the product has been successfully delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Custom Printed Orders
- Custom orders can only be canceled while the order status is "processing".
- Once the product enters the printing stage, cancellation is not allowed.
3. Important Notes
- Please contact us as soon as possible for any cancellation requests.
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already progressed beyond the allowed stage.
