Return & Refund Policy

At Raqeem, we are committed to delivering quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted if the product has a physical defect or damage.
• The product must be checked in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
• If any issue is found, the product must be returned immediately to the delivery agent.
• Once the delivery is completed, no return requests will be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

• In case of a damaged or defective product, we will provide an exchange.
• The replacement product will be delivered to the customer.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if an order is canceled during the processing stage.
• Once the order has progressed beyond processing, refunds are not available.

4. Custom Printed Orders

• A 50% advance payment is required for all custom print orders.
• If the product has no physical damage after delivery, return is not applicable.
• The 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
• If a custom order is canceled during processing, a refund may be provided.
• Once the order enters the printing stage, cancellation and refund are not possible.

5. Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for checking the product at the time of delivery.
• We are not liable for any claims made after successful delivery.
